HeavenSent Exterior Solutions, The Difference Shines Through

I want to start off by saying this is my second review of Heaven sent exterior solutions. Are use them last year for repairs on my house and could not have been happier. I recently had them back out to rebuild my fence. They did an excellent job the fence is now a laser straight and looks great. I will definitely be using them more in the future. I have also recommended them to several neighbors without hesitation. Nothing but good things to say about Dennis and his crew.

From the very beginning Dennis was nothing short of amazing. I originally called Dennis to get an estimate on a leak repair we were having in our restroom. He came out and not only checked out the leak, but the entire house. I unfortunately had a lot more damage than I had originally thought. He suggested that I called my insurance company to have an adjuster come out and review the damages. Dennis was there on my porch the moment the insurance adjuster showed up to make sure he was able to point out everything he had seen previously, that way nothing was missed by the adjuster. Dennis and his team quickly went to work on getting all of the repairs done. My schedule is very tight and Dennis understood that I worked off of a schedule, so things had to be planned ahead of time to keep my sanity. He always gave me notice on when they would be here and what area of the house they would be working on. His crew was also very respectful and kind to my family. The work completed is nothing short of perfect and Dennis and his crew will always be my first call for any repairs or building I need. Thank you again!!

We called HeavenSent Exterior Solutions after our roof was damaged during a spring storm. Dennis, the owner, promptly came over to inspect the roof and put up an emergency tarp to prevent any further damage. He was very straight forward regarding the damage and what to expect from the roof replacement process. It was our first insurance claim for storm damage, but luckily Dennis is an expert and led us through the process quickly and painlessly. We ended up getting a new roof with upgraded shingles and new gutters. The new roof looks so much better than the original roof; It really transformed the look of our house! I recently had my roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. He also completed other home repairs inside and out. He was always courteous and helpful. He took the time to describe what needed to be done and provided the guidance to us to select the options needed to complete the projects. Heaven Sent put a new roof on our house due to hail damage. Their work was on time and craftsmanship was above and beyond what we expected. They also put a roof over our patio and closed it into a quality screen room with skylights, ceiling fan, and doggie door. We were impressed with overall quality and attention to detail. Owner Dennis K********** was easy to work with and eager to please. We are extremely pleased with the entire project and plan to use Heaven Sent for any future projects.

Heventsent Exterior Solutions worked on my roof for hail damage in Coppell, TX. They replaced the complete roof. The owner Dennis ********* is a honest and gentleman hard to find in the construction field. He complete all the work as promised at a less price compared to others without compromising the workmanship. He did more than I expected.
